Ani Hentkowski

Ani (pronounced “AH-nee”) is a Master’s candidate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology at Naropa University, and will graduate in May of 2025. Ani guides her clients in cultivating healing and self-acceptance through mindfulness techniques and exploration of the patterns, beliefs, and relationships which shape their lives. She believes in the intrinsic goodness and wisdom of all people. Ani has a background in environmental education, and offers the option of accompanying clients outdoors to connect with the profound support the natural world offers. She spends her free time rock climbing, cooking, exploring outside, snuggling her elderly cat, and getting herself into ambitious creative projects.
