Shelby Kindem

Shelby Kindem is a Masters student at Naropa University in the Somatic Body-Psychotherapy program, expected to graduate in Spring of 2025. Shelby brings an embodied approach to therapy, seeing her role to be an ally on her client’s journey to re-connect with their innate wisdom and inner knowing. Her trauma-informed and humanistic approach, rooted in the body, allows clients to explore their unique needs and experiences with safety and respect. Just as she finds joy in dancing, creating jewelry, and communing with nature, Shelby fosters a space for clients to reconnect with their bodies and find healing through movement, creativity, and connection.
