Tracy Nall

Tracy Nall (she/ her/ they) is a graduate student in Naropa University’s Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology program, graduating in May of 2025. She brings authenticity, curiosity, and warmth into her work. She draws on her base of mindfulness and Contemplative Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, and Wellness Coaching. She is currently training in Gestalt and Internal Family Systems therapies and her expertise lies in both Grief Counseling and group therapy. 

Tracy understands the complexities of life and death. As a certified Death Doula, she has a keen desire to offer support to those working with loss. She is also a certified yoga teacher and loves helping people in all bodies find joy and health in movement. Tracy meets people where they are at and helps them to make space for healing. Her approach provides feelings of safety and comfort, and she enjoys working with teenagers and adults who identify as highly sensitive, high-achieving, and/or LGBTQIA+. Exploration, travel, and art are her biggest passions outside of helping others.
