Ally Jewell

Ally Jewell earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2020. Ally is a graduate student at Metropolitan State University of Denver in the Master’s of Social Work program, graduating in May 2027. Ally is deeply committed to supporting children and families as they navigate trauma and stress, with a specialized interest in helping children achieve the restorative sleep they need to thrive. 

Her professional background spans residential programs, transitional housing, hospital settings, and restorative justice circles, underpinned by nearly two decades of childcare experience. Through her social work training, Ally prioritizes community care, cultural humility, and the celebration of intersectional identities. Outside the office, she enjoys rock climbing, backpacking, reading, and exploring creative expression. She finds serenity through spending time with her amazing daughter and husband.

Ally has Alopecia, and openly welcomes questions and curiosity about her baldness.
