Allie Hudson

Allie Newell Hudson is in the final stages of pursuing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University,

and is expected to graduate in December of 2025.
Her areas of interest and expertise are centered around working with all compositions of relational dynamics: families, couples, co-parenting systems, and children. Allie helps her clients increase awareness of habitual patterns and relational dynamics that, once shifted, are likely to result in more fulfilling and mutually supportive relationships. She works from a systemic perspective, which means she believes that addressing her client’s socio-cultural ecosystem is imperative to understanding their suffering. With a history as a massage therapist, yoga teacher and nurse (RN), Allie brings a holistic lens to her sessions with a unique capacity to attend to the mind, body and spirit of each person with whom she works. Allie’s work is experiential, somatic based and rooted in attachment theory. She is sex-positive and works with clients in the LGBTQA + community. She offers child-centered therapy and loves to help parents navigate the ever-changing challenges of parenthood. Outside of the office, Allie can be found in the garden, dabbling in folk herbalism, dancing, reading, and playing with her three beautiful children and husband.
