Tiffinay Hallaway
Tiffinay Hallaway earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a Minor in Psychology from California State Poly University, Humboldt, in 1997 and is a graduate student at Regis University in the Master of Clinical Counseling program, with an expected graduation date of August 2026.
Tiffinay brings a rich, multidisciplinary background to her clinical training and embraces an integrative approach. She believes that meaningful behavioral change begins with self-awareness and that joy is cultivated through compassionate self-reflection and intentional action. She helps clients challenge limiting beliefs and develop empowering narratives rooted in personal agency and resilience. She also believes in the healing power of humor, and reminds clients that growth doesn't always have to be solemn—it can be human, messy, and even a little funny.
Tiffinay honors each client's lived experience. She is committed to creating a space that is affirming and collaborative, where clients of all identities feel seen, heard, and supported. Her practice welcomes teens, adults of all genders, and nonbinary individuals. She also has a special interest in working with single mothers navigating complex transitions and caregiving roles.
Outside the therapy room, Tiffinay finds joy in artistic expression, cooking, gardening, yoga, and walking her husky. On weekends, she enjoys local music, live comedy, and time with loved ones.
