Dan Yechout

Dan is a graduate student at Adams State University in the Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, expected to graduation in May 2027. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University. Dan has worked in the corporate world, startup companies, and as a small rancher. His various life experiences inform his person-centered approach to counseling. He believes all feelings are acceptable, valuable, and informative. Dan is curious about how people experience the world and their underlying needs and hopes. Dan’s passions outside of counseling include road biking, fly fishing, creating music, and spending time with his three young children.
