Megan Saks
Megan Saks earned her Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from University of Colorado Boulder in 2019. She is a graduate student at Regis University in the Marriage and Family Therapy program, and will graduate in May, 2026. Megan is a therapist who brings warmth, presence, and a holistic perspective to her work with individuals, couples, and families. Her areas of interest include attachment healing, life transitions, mindfulness, and identity exploration. Drawing from her background in yoga and meditation, Megan supports clients in reconnecting with themselves and their relationships through curiosity and compassion.
Outside the office, Megan enjoys spending time in nature with her fiancé and her dog, collecting vinyl records, seeing live music, thrifting, and cooking for loved ones. She values connection, creativity, and community, and is deeply inspired by the rhythms of the natural world.
