Jennifer Stefanski

Jennifer earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Concordia University in 1994 and is a graduate student in the Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Vermont State University, graduating in August 2026. 

Striving to honor each person’s unique experience Jennifer uses a relational and integrative approach that includes

parts-work, mindfulness, somatic and experiential modalities. Working through a systems-oriented lens, space for deeper understanding and healing is possible, knowing that both external and internal systems greatly influence, and are influenced by, the individual.  Jennifer enjoys working with individuals of all ages, with a special interest in working with women through different transitional moments in their lives.
