Brianna Zambrana
Brianna holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University. She supports people on their unique journeys towards living in alignment with their most authentic, vibrant self.
With an intuitive, heart-centered approach, Brianna creates a warm and gentle space for her clients to bravely face the parts of themselves and their lives that scare them so they can access the space and compassion needed to create the positive changes they desire. She balances acknowledging the role of personal responsibility in healing with acknowledging the impacts of the world we live in and its current global landscape. As a multicultural woman, she understands the complexities of holding intersecting identities and how identities shape our lived experience. Brianna weaves together modern clinical approaches with ancient and ancestral wisdom traditions, and encourages her clients to celebrate and embrace their own intrinsic wisdom.
Brianna works with teens and adults navigating: Trauma, Spirituality/ Existential Crises and Integration, Friendship and Relationship Issues (Poly, ENM, and Kink Allied), Grief/Death/Dying, and Identity-work. Outside of her clinical work, Brianna loves dancing to live music, enjoying a delicious cup of coffee, spending time in nature, connecting to her community, deepening her spiritual practices, and lounging at home with her animals.
