Tonya Young

Tonya is a graduate student at Regis University in Denver, Colorado in the Masters of Arts in Counseling program, and will graduate in May of 2026. Tonya is also a Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West.

Tonya has a keen interest in working with adults, adolescents, and couples, providing insightful guidance while believing that the true power to change lies within the client.

She offers a compassionate and client-centered approach that supports clients while challenging them to work toward meaningful growth, better relationships, and more meaningful lives.

Tonya enjoys spending time with her family and her furries, reading, crafting, being outdoors when it’s warm, and volunteer work when she can find the time.
