Chelsea Griebling
Chelsea is a graduate student in the Master’s in Counseling program at Regis University, graduating in May 2026. With over 15 years of experience working with youth and adults in child welfare, mental health, and group home settings, her approach to therapy is trauma-informed and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing occurs through safe, connected relationships. Chelsea is particularly drawn to psychodynamic and attachment-focused approaches that honor the holistic and relational nature of individuals, helping clients access their innate capacity for growth and change. She is excited to work with individuals, couples, teens, and children, including those from non-traditional family structures. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys hiking in the mountains, spending meaningful time with friends and family, and going on outdoor adventures with her dog, Juniper. She is passionate about personal growth and spirituality, enjoys reading, and expresses her creativity through cooking and occasional art projects.
