Jeremy Vera

Jeremy earned his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. He believes in the innate wisdom and capacity within all individuals to heal, self-actualize, and become whole, and works collaboratively with clients to facilitate this process. He draws from psychodynamic, Jungian, existential, and humanistic counseling theories, along with contemplative Eastern and Western wisdom traditions, to offer an integrated and holistic approach to healing. Jeremy works with: depression, self-esteem, anxiety, navigating transitions (including career and life adjustments),
issues of spirituality and spiritual crisis, sports/athletic performance, and men’s issues.

 

Jeremy works with teens, adults, and couples. In his free time, he practices martial arts, enjoys spending time in nature with his dogs, and loves to read and study philosophy.
