Her approach is relational, client-centered, and integrative, grounded in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a transpersonal perspective that honors each person’s innate capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. Joy is passionate about helping clients explore their inner world, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop more empowered, resilient ways of being.
She is committed to creating a warm, collaborative, and affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Outside of her clinical work, Joy enjoys spending time with her husband and children, practicing yoga, meditation, and breathwork, being in nature, and creating in her pottery studio.
