Andi Esper

Andi's therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that healing unfolds naturally in a safe and supportive environment. Andi creates a warm, welcoming space where clients are invited to show up just as they are—bringing in whatever is present for them. Drawing on his background in warmline peer support, Andi brings a grounded, compassionate presence to his work. He sees the therapy space as a container for the mind's innate capacity to move toward integration, wholeness, and self-discovery. His clinical interests include early developmental trauma, anxiety, attachment, and spiritual development, as well as psychedelic integration—helping clients process and make meaning of psychedelic experiences within a safe, supportive therapeutic frame. He uses mindfulness-based interventions including somatic therapies, Gestalt therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and expressive and experiential modalities.

Andi is currently being trained in EMDR. He is also a certified Psychedelic Integration Coach, 200-hr Fireside Trained Psychedelic Peer Supporter, and Consulting Hypnotherapist. Outside of the therapy room, he enjoys hot yoga, making music and art, and spending time in nature.

Andi is currently under the clinical supervision of Kristy Howlett, LCSW (CO CSW #079).
