Alexis Campbell

Alexis Campbell is a graduate student at Naropa University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology. She is expected to graduate in 2026. Alexis brings a bicultural identity into her work, which informs her commitment to cultural humility, relational attunement, and honoring each client’s lived experience. Her counseling approach draws from mindfulness practices, a trauma-informed lens, and contemplative presence to foster deep listening, curiosity, and connection. Outside the office, she finds grounding through rock climbing, yoga, and spending time in nature.
